A v2rayN key for Windows
v2rayN is the Windows client from the same author as v2rayNG. A normal PC needs v2rayN-windows-64.zip. The subscription is the same URL as on the phone.

Add the subscription in v2rayN
1. Download the right zip
From GitHub 2dust/v2rayN: v2rayN-windows-64.zip for a normal PC, windows-arm64 for ARM. Unpack into a permanent folder such as C:\v2rayN and run v2rayN.exe. Do not run it from inside the archive or leave the folder in Downloads.
2. Copy the subscription URL
The account link is a group of nodes, not one server. Add it as a subscription, not as a single config.
3. Import the group
In v2rayN open subscription groups and add the URL from the clipboard. If the list is empty, refresh the group while the system proxy is still off.
4. Node and system proxy
Pick a node and enable the system proxy. The core should be Xray: an old v2fly core may not bring VLESS Reality up. Allow network access on first launch.
Common failures
- A file with -desktop in the name is the same client with another UI. windows-64 is enough for a normal PC.
- Current v2rayN is not built for Windows 7.
- After payment, a refresh pulls the new term.
FAQ
- Is v2rayN only for Windows?
- Windows is the main case. On macOS and Linux use Nekoray, on Android use v2rayNG. The subscription URL is the same.
- Which archive do I download?
- A normal computer: v2rayN-windows-64.zip. An ARM laptop: windows-arm64. .sig files are signatures, not the app.
- Why is the server list empty?
- The link was added as a single config instead of a subscription group, or the group was not refreshed.
