eSIM

Travel data with eSIM

Pick a country and a GB/days pack, pay in Telegram, then scan the QR in phone settings. No plastic SIM. This is not a VPN and not a replacement for your home number.

  1. 1. Choose a country and data amount
  2. 2. Pay in Telegram
  3. 3. Scan the QR in phone settings

What the country in the list means

Where it works. Data works when you are physically in that country (or in the Europe regional zone). Cellular coverage, like a local SIM.

Not a VPN IP. Not a VPN and not “whose IP” like a RushVPN server. The list is not an exit node. The IP belongs to the local operator; you cannot switch it like a VPN location.

Selected pack: Thailand. Data works where that plan has radio coverage. Sites and banks may see the local operator IP — not a Russian IP and not our VPN servers.

In short

What eSIM is and how to use it

eSIM is a SIM baked into the phone, installed with a QR instead of plastic. The travel eSIM here is data-only for the days in the pack.

Vs a normal SIM

Keep your home SIM. Add a second profile and set it to data-only. WhatsApp/Telegram use data; classic calls to your home number do not go through this eSIM.

What it is not

Not a VPN key, not a TikTok/Instagram bypass, not a number for bank SMS. For blocked networks use RushVPN separately.

Country ≠ VPN IP

“Thailand” means the radio works in Thailand on a local operator. The IP is usually that operator’s Thai address, not a RushVPN server. To look German or bypass blocks, buy VPN — not this eSIM.

When to buy

Before the flight, on Wi‑Fi. QR arrives in Telegram after payment. Install takes 2–5 minutes. If the pack starts on install/first attach, wait until you land so you do not burn days early.

Install guides

Confirm “Add eSIM” on the device first. Then pay — the QR is one-shot; do not share it.

iPhone

  1. Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → Scan QR
  2. If the camera fails: Enter details manually — SM-DP+ and activation code from the bot
  3. Label the line “Travel”. Enable Data on it; turn off switching if you do not want home roaming
  4. Keep the home SIM for calls and bank SMS

Android

  1. Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Add eSIM / scan QR (Samsung, Xiaomi, Pixel menus differ)
  2. Turn mobile data on for the travel profile
  3. Disable roaming on the home SIM so you are not billed by your operator
  4. If Add eSIM is greyed out, the phone has no eSIM or is carrier-locked

Check before you pay

  1. iPhone: Settings → General → About → look for EID
  2. Android: search settings for EID or eSIM. No EID — do not buy
  3. The device must not be carrier-locked. “MegaFon/MTS only” phones often reject a foreign eSIM
  4. Tablets and watches only if the vendor lists eSIM data support

FAQ

Travel eSIM FAQ

Do not expect calls, SMS, or a VPN inside the QR.

No if the name lists gigabytes. Supplier “Unlimited” almost always means full speed until a cap, then a throttle. Read the plan title.
