How to request deletion

1. Sign in to your V2RaySales account on the website (Account / personal cabinet), or prepare the email address used for registration.
2. به Support@rushvpn.site با موضوع «درخواست حذف حساب — V2RaySales» بنویسید.
3. In the message, include: the email of the account to delete, and a short confirmation that you want the account permanently deleted.
4. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the email (for example, by replying from the same address).
5. After verification, we delete or anonymize account data within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law (for example, tax or payment records).
6. You will receive a confirmation email when the request has been processed.

What is deleted and what may be retained

Deleted or anonymized: account profile (name, email login), app session tokens, and subscription configuration links tied to the account. May be retained when required by law: payment/transaction metadata needed for accounting and fraud prevention. We do not keep VPN traffic logs (no-logs policy).
